Description
At the 2013 SGI-USA student division conference in August, we had a session titled "Our New Clear Future: Our World, Our Choice." During the session, we discussed the importance of humanization in dialogue - to recognize the humanity in others even though we may disagree on our perspectives on peace. Approximately 120 youth participated in a dialogue exercise on how to have humanistic dialogue with someone who supports nuclear weapons. They were all engaged and many expressed later that it helped them gain understanding on the ONCF movement and how to conduct dialogue with others.
