Description

The CT Youth led a cultural presentation in response to the Sandy Hook Elementary shootings. The presentation is a component of the Victory Over Violence tour of Connecticut. The VOV exhibit is being hosted at 3 colleges/universities, two public libraries and one government center. Recent events in the past weeks coinciding with the VOV tour (including the Boston Marathon bombings, armed gunman on NC A&T's campus and the stabbing on a Texas college campus) allowed lots of sincere one-to-one dialogue about violence society and how to inspire hope.
